By purchasing, booking, or participating in any service, program, or product offered by R.I.S.E. Creating Change Now (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide holistic personal development, hypnotherapy, and somatic healing sessions and programs to promote emotional well-being and empowerment.
Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

2. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

For multi-session programs, full payment confirms your commitment to the process.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that results vary depending on individual participation and readiness for change.
You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions arising from our sessions or materials.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions remains confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm).
Session notes are stored securely.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, and written content provided are the property of R.I.S.E. Creating Change Now and are for your personal use only.
They may not be shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Our services aim to complement, not replace, medical or psychological care.
Liz is not a licensed medical professional and does not diagnose or treat conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in our services, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled within this jurisdiction.
